
Craig M. Mungas
Craig Mungas was born and raised in Philipsburg, Montana where his family owned a ranch and a construction business. He attended the University of Montana graduating in 1998 and is a 2002 cum laude graduate of Seattle University School of Law. After law school, Craig moved to Helena, Montana, and practiced commercial litigation. He returned to Seattle, where he received his Master of Laws (LL.M) in 2004 from the University of Washington. While at UW, Craig earned a 4.0 in estate planning and taxation.
Craig’s primary practice area is estate planning, business succession planning, and trust and probate administration. He also assists clients with business formation, sales, and taxation matters as well as general real estate matters.
Craig is licensed to practice in Montana and Washington State Courts, the United States District Court for the District of Montana and Western District of Washington, and the United States Tax Court.
In his free time, Craig enjoys CrossFit, hiking, and traveling. He and his partner enjoy spending as much time as possible on Flathead Lake in the summer.
